Our Team.
Puyu Sacha is led by a highly specialized multidisciplinary team united by a single mission: the long-term protection of one of Peru’s most valuable cloud forest ecosystems.
Our team brings together internationally trained scientists, forest biodiversity experts, sustainable development strategists, conservation technologists, and field logistics specialists. This combination of academic excellence, real-world expedition experience, and advanced environmental technology ensures that every action within the reserve is guided by scientific rigor and ecological responsibility.
From forest ecology research and biodiversity documentation to drone-based environmental monitoring and responsible visitation design, our team operates with a conservation-first mindset — where protection, knowledge generation, and sustainability are not complementary goals, but core operational principles.
At Puyu Sacha, leadership is not symbolic. It is active, evidence-based, and committed to safeguarding ecological resilience for future generations.
